Bryan Finster is a passionate advocate for Continuous Delivery with over two decades of experience building and operating mission-critical systems for very large enterprises. His license plate literally says “DevOps” - that’s how committed he is to the craft.

Bryan understands from hard-won experience that solving the problems required to continuously deliver value improves outcomes for end-users, organizations, and the people doing the work. He brings a pragmatic, battle-tested approach to DevOps transformation, focusing on what actually works in production environments.

Tracy ‘Trac’ Bannon is a Senior Principal with MITRE Labs, where she tackles some of the most complex challenges in software architecture, engineering, and DevSecOps across both commercial and government sectors.

As an accomplished software architect and engineer, Trac thrives on understanding complex problems and working to deliver value at speed. She brings decades of hands-on experience building systems that matter - systems that need to be secure, scalable, and sustainable.
